2027 Honda CR-V Research & Trim Guide

Page updated October 1, 2026 · Vehicle facts verified October 1, 2026 · U.S. model-year scope

Choose the CR-V configuration before comparing the deal

Honda’s 2027 U.S. gasoline and hybrid lineup includes seven trim families. LX, EX and EX-L use a turbocharged gasoline powertrain. Sport Hybrid, TrailSport Hybrid, Sport-L Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid use a hybrid powertrain. This hub excludes the separately offered CR-V e:FCEV.

Gasoline or hybrid: compare the actual use case

Begin with your commute, annual mileage and ownership horizon. Review the selected drivetrain’s official fuel-economy rating and an insurance quote before comparing operating costs. No fuel-savings amount or payback period is established by this hub. A hybrid label alone does not establish whether its acquisition cost works for your situation.

Parking dimensions need a clearance check

Honda lists 184.8 inches of length and 73.5 inches of exterior width for the covered trims. Mirror allowance has not been verified here. Measure the garage opening, internal width and space needed to open doors; the listed width is not a promise that the vehicle fits a specific garage.

Cargo space changes with the trim

Manufacturer cargo volume behind the second row is 39.3 cubic feet for the covered gasoline trims, 36.3 cubic feet for Sport Hybrid, TrailSport Hybrid and Sport-L Hybrid, and 34.7 cubic feet for Sport Touring Hybrid. A volume measurement does not establish whether a particular stroller, suitcase or mobility device fits. Test the items you regularly carry.

Confirm AWD in the selected build

TrailSport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid are AWD only in the checked lineup. The remaining covered trims list 2WD or AWD. Keep this distinction visible when comparing configurations and request confirmation of the actual dealer vehicle.

Compare the covered trim families

The table covers source-checked grade families. Packages, every drivetrain build and dealer availability require separate confirmation.

Review the acquisition structure after the vehicle fit

Compare the complete lease or purchase proposal for the selected configuration: selling price, term, mileage allowance, down payment, taxes, fees and total due at signing. A monthly payment alone does not describe the full commitment. Confirm insurance, timing and the dealer vehicle before making a decision.

Current manufacturer programs and a payment calculator are not integrated here. Program availability and eligibility require a current, market-specific check. You can use the verified vehicle research while those checks are completed.
